HOW IS IT STRUCTURED?
Weekly group coaching calls and self paced online course work
Stay focused with weekly group coaching sessions (online via zoom). Do course work between sessions when it works for you (short videos and reflections). We discuss one module a week to keep the pace manageable. You will have access to the course materials for a year, so you can go back and brush up anytime.
You Can Ask Questions and Get Private Support!
Ask questions and continue discussion in a private online group messaging thread on Practice Better. You also have 2 private sessions with Coach Tiffany, so we can dive deeper into your biggest challenges. You will have access to unlimited private messaging with Coach Tiffany for quick support between meetings.
There are Supplemental Worksheets for Maximum Integration
In Each Module there will be supplemental worksheets and exercises to help you learn the material and practice using the principles in real life. The "homework" will allow you to dive deeper and get hands on experience using the strategies taught in the course.
