I believe… 
We are each valuable and worthy of love and respect,  
NO MATTER WHAT. 
 
Our value and worth can’t be reduced to  
how we look, our genitals, or what the scale says today.  
 
It can’t be reduced by  
whether we did all the “shoulds,” how many things we checked off our to-do list,  
or what we ate today.  
 
Our value isn’t determined by  
how many hours we’ve worked or what we struggle with.  
 
It can’t be judged by  
whether we’re a “good” child, sibling, or spouse;  
whether we want children, whether we have them,  
or how we choose to rear them. 
 
Knowing our value is constant, and that we are worthy of love and respect,  
NO MATTER WHAT, 
 creates a ripple effect within us. 
 
This ripple expands outside of our depths, meeting the shore,  
where we help others to know they too are worthy of love and respect,  
NO MATTER WHAT.
