What its like to work with me.....
I work with clients to find and solve the core issues- no more band-aids. One by one we get down to the root of the issue so you never have to do the cycle of eating perfectly and then eating everything again.
This experience will be completely different than anything you have done so far. You will not walk away with a diet plan in the first few sessions. We will work on increasing nourishing your body with food but this often is the not the first area of focus. True change takes time. Slow and steady wins!

Six Areas I Dig Into With Clients:
- Explore mindset around food- such as removing judgement and shame.
- Body attunement (awareness)- learning to hear and honor what our bodies really need.
- Discover your strengths and how to build on them to finally create the habits you want.
- Look for signs that there may be untreated underlying medical issues preventing you from feeling great.
- Other lifestyle factors that are barriers to wellness such as stress, lack of sleep, lack of “you” time.
- Creating habits that support eating nourishing meals (ie healthy, satisfying foods at your fingertips, every day). If you are well nourished, your cravings and binge type patterns will be reduced.
